Read Options¶

`-f <file>`	File with standard thermo data: default therm.dat
`-z`	Use standard thermo only
`-L`	Reactions have labels (Usually optional)

`-s`	Simple output: reactions only
`-t`	Do not include species thermo data
`-0`	Omit reactions with zero rates
